I am writing this letter as a reference for my nanny, Rosa (Rosie) Aldrete, who has been working for us coming up to three years from January 2019 to January 2022. Rosie is a wonderful person who came to feel like family in our home, and took wonderful care of my two children, cooked, did light cleaning, and essentially managed our home.
Rosie is a very hard worker who always went above and beyond for us. She was always willing to work as many hours as I needed her, was super flexible and accommodating, and never complained. She always came into work in a positive mood and a smile on her face. She always offered to do extra things that I had never even thought to ask her to do. She would buy things for the house, decorate our house during the holidays, stop at the market for anything we needed, and she loved getting the girls gifts from the kindness of her own heart.
She started working for our family when my first daughter, Maddie was 4 months old. At that time, I was a very nervous first time mom, and Rosie not only took care of her so well and confidently, she also taught me so much. From bathing, to feeding, to potty training, she was always teaching me how to empower my daughter’s development and growth. She also treated her with so much love, and they developed such a special bond. When my second daughter Olivia was born in February 2021, she treated her with that same compassion and kindness.
Rosie is super trust worthy and reliable. We left her in our home multiple times with both the kids when we travelled, and never worried about her ability to multi task taking care of both, as well as making sure they were safe and having a good time.
I would be happy to answer any further questions about Rosa Aldrette and her work with our family.
